Why does it say that I'm not qualified for a survey?

The surveys that we send out usually are looking for the opinions of a specific group of people. If we do not already know this information we will ask a few questions at the start of a survey, called screening questions, to make sure that relevant individuals to the survey’s target audience continue. If you are not part of the audience we are trying to reach for that particular survey you may be “screened out” or get a message that states you do not qualify.
