My account has been banned. What can I do?
Cint employs a dedicated support team that will regularly review accounts for any suspicious and fraudulent activity. An account will only be set to banned following a thorough review of the account by our quality team and therefore in 99% of cases, the ban will be permanent.
Common reasons for a ban include
- Fraudulent activity
- Consistent poor survey quality
- False or unrealistic profilers
- Entering gibberish or profanity on open-end questions.
Please send us a request if you would like to find out if your account has been banned and / or you can appeal the ban. However, please respect the decision of our support and quality teams if we are not able to un-ban your panelist for any of the reasons above.
